West Bank - Palestinian Premier Resigns; Hamas Victory Anticipated

Ramallah, West Bank - Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia and his Cabinet ministers submitted their resignations as the Islamic militant group Hamas appeared to have captured a large majority of seats in the Palestinian elections.
