Bronx - ACS Worker Accused Of Abusing Her Child

Bronx - A mother who is an ACS worker as an administrative assistant was arrested because she allegedly hit her girl in the face on Monday,
in their Harlem apartment. The girl was not badly hurt, but the slap left a mark.
