Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY - +FBI Involved Shooting+ An FBI agent has shot a man in the leg Friday night.
The FBI was conducting surveillance along with the Toint Terrorism Task Force and the NYPD on East 95th Street and Avenue "D". In the Canarsie section of Brooklyn, when other three perps (not the ones sobjects of the surveillance) got into an argument with a man outside Ilayah's restaurant and pulled their guns and started shooting at each other, the FBI agent intervened yelling, "Drop your weapons," when the men resisted, he opened fire on one of the perps shooting him to the leg taking him down but not in likely condition, and the other one fled, also one vehicle fled the scene, the Duty Captain responded calling for a level one mobilization, and ESU for a ballistic search, and Avition for a backyard search for the 2nd perp. No shots were fired by the NYPD.
