MVA Traffic Alert+ A serious MVA with an overturned auto with a 7-year-old child ejected from one vehicle out onto the roadway, child is conscious and alert and is on the northbound Bruckner Expressway at White Plains Road near the Throgs Neck Bridge, PD and ESU on the scene advising EMS and all other units to respond the wrong direction on the Bruckner.
