New Springville, Staten Island, NY - Police and fire officials are investigating a fire that erupted in the offices of a New Springville counseling and social-work agency.

The fire, which reportedly started in a filing cabinet, is the latest in a series of mysterious blazes, bomb threats and anti-Semitic vandalism aimed at the Jewish Board of Family & Children's Services, Inc.
