Brooklyn, NY +Explosions On Roof OF Building+ Three explosions on the roof of 301 Gold Street and Tillary Street from five 100lb propane tanks belonging to roofers working on the roof of the 84th Pct Station House, FDNY on the scene requesting Haz-Mat units to respond, and ESU has been requested as well, FD has three line stretched, building is next to Eng. 207 firehouse, Pct house has been evacuated, Hatzolah BLS and ALS also on the scene, fire is D/W/H, 2nd alarm has been called and a 500 foot perimeter set up around the 84th Pct

All workers and NYPD personal are accounted for. Fire Marshals are requested forthwith.

Fire is P/W/H, NYPD are calling for a level one mobilization.

Three of the cylinders are down on the street, fire was on both roofs of the station house and of the firehouse, fire is now under control.
Major delays in the area, Tillary Street and Flatbush Avenue are completely closed, on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway expect major delays.

Two members of the Shomrim community watch patrol, a Hasidic group in Williamsburg, saw the explosion from their window. "It was very, very powerful, the flames," said one of the men, who gave his name as Jacob. "There was a loud explosion, a ball of fire coming up."
