Baltimore, MD - Author Seeking Kosher Kitchens

Baltimore, MD - Before-and-after photos of kosher kitchens are being sought to be included in a new book to be released this fall, the author of the book announced.

Well-known industry designer Joan Eisenberg, CMKBD, said that she is seeking the projects for a book she is writing on designing kosher kitchens.

Eisenberg, principal of the Baltimore-based JME Consulting, Inc., has been designing kosher kitchens since the 1980s. She said she has been encouraged by clients to write the book, which will include a compilation of products, as well as design guidelines.
