Freehold, NJ - Dwek Owes Banks And Creditors $298 Million
Freehold, NJ - Banks and other creditors claim embattled real estate investor Solomon Dwek owes them a collective $298.1 million. The list are 13 banks and 41 individual, includes PNC, who claims that they are owed $149.6 million. The individual claimants, which run from a lawn care company demanding $5,949 to Dwek's uncle, Joseph Dwek, who wants $60 million, total $148.5 million.
Dwek was charged in federal criminal court earlier this month with attempting to defraud PNC Bank of $50 million. The bank said Dwek bounced a $25 million check April 24, which ultimately left the depository with a $20 million shortfall. The FBI claims Dwek tried to deposit another $25 million, but it was rejected by the bank.

Why do you have to show his picture or even mention his arrest? Does that not that constitute Lashon Harah?
