Monsey, NY - Karben Appears For First Time Since Resigning

Monsey, NY - Former Assemblyman Ryan Karben appeared with a smile outside his Melaney Drive house, making his first public statements since stepping down last week from his seat on the state Assembly. "I am looking forward to the opportunities that lie ahead," he said in response to several questions.

"You can tell people I'm very relaxed," he said, dressed in a blue button-down shirt and tan pants.

Karben declined to discuss any allegations or any other details concerning his resignation beyond his original statement.

A repairman for a contractor was doing work inside the home.
