Oh, but there's (supposedly) NO LINK between al Quaeda and the rejectionist elements in Iraq running the insurgency, some of whom may have also been officials of the old Saddam government, right?
And will the liberals also cry that we had no right to violate al Zarqawi's rights (even posthumously) by siezing his cell phone and looking at his directory, without first showing PROBABLE CAUSE and obtaining a SEARCH WARRANT?
