New York, NY - Tisha B'Av Prayer At The Isaiah Wall
New York, NY - The annual Tisha B’Av prayer service conducted at New York City’s Isaiah Wall will take place this year as organizers focus on “Jewish communities in danger.”
The event will take place on Thursday, August 3rd, the Tisha B’Av Fast Day, at 2:00pm, at the Isaiah Peace Wall located at First Avenue and 43rd Street.
The prayer service will focus on the warfare in Israel, as well as Jewish communities facing danger around the world, including “Russia to Iran and Europe to Ethiopia.”
Men taking part are requested to bring their Talios (prayer shawl) and Tefillin.
