Manhattan, NY +DOA Floater in River+ NYPD of the 13th Pct, ESU, Harbor and Aviation are all on the scene at East 18th Street and Avenue "C" at the wall of the F.D.R. Drive for a DOA body floating in the East River, FDNY Marine-3 enroute with a 3 minute eta.
Person was swimming there about an 1/2 hour ago.
