Baltimore, MD +Major Power Outage+ Numerous calls to 911 of power outages in the Upper Park Heights area of Baltimore, MD, on Fallstaff, Clarks and Park Heights Avenue, NWCP, BGE and Fire Department are all on the streets.
Nwcp is extending their patrols due to the outage.

Numerous shuls in the area are with out power, and when I got home, we also lost power.
If anyone, or maybe you Shlomo could tell us what going on here, and why please?
