Jerusalem, Israel +Stabbing by EDP+
Jerusalem, Israel - A 35-year-old haredi man, who is mentally unstable, was arrested for stabbing and lightly wounding in the lower part of his leg an Arab employee in a shop on Rechov Yecheskal in Jerusalem.
The wounded man was evacuated by Hatzolah to Hadassah Hospital in the city for medical treatment.

Hi,
We were watching about your investigation of Rabbi Heschel, and all we can tell you is , that we were extremely surprised of the way he was represented in your news addition. we happened to hear and to know a lot of incidents were Rabbi Heshcel helped MANY people in our community, he is a member of the "Hatzoloh Org", He is the kind of a person who will help people in need 24/7, with any matter and problem for absolutely no reward. There is NO doubt in our mind, that whenever he used his sirens or lights, it was to help someone in need and for emergency matters.
We live in Brooklyn, too many times we see police cars racing with sirens and lights on and passing red lights and crossing intersections, and than they stop by the corner Grocery to get coffee ..... oh yea!
This is a 'job' of someone who is jealous and wicked as one can be, and its very surprising that a channel like CBS wasted time and energy to report this. We are watching CBS in order to get information about relevant issues, not to count how many times a guy from Brooklyn tried to pass red lights or parked his car in the Diamond district for a while at the same spot. (every other person who owns a store or office, knows what to do in order to get a spot for his car without having to pay for parking or meter......) especially a man like Rabbi Heshcel, who dedicates his life to help so much, should definitely get that privilege.
We can assure you, if CBS would send someone to stand in his neighborhood, and ask people about Rabbi Heschel, you would need a few hours addition to cover all the nice and humanitarian stories you would have heard about him doing for others.

Ok, this is stupid already.... Please, if you are going to post use spellcheck and grammar check. It is mind-boggling how people try to write as if they are well educated people when they can't figure out that the first letter of a sentence should be capitalized.
Secondly, do you really think an NYPD detective would post something like that? People! Stop being stupid!!!

סיפור לא ייאמן: הלילה יחגוג בבני-ברק את חתונתו, חסיד קרלין מירושלים. הבחור, בוגר ישיבת "מאור התלמוד" בראשותו של הרב אברהם יצחק הכהן קוק. בחתונה לא ישתתפו מאות תלמידי הישיבה בריקודים לשמחו. למה? הנהלת הישיבה אסרה על הבחורים להציב את כף רגלם באולם הנושא את הכשרו של הרב משה לנדא. הנהלת הישיבה: "אין תגובה" (בארץ)
מערכת שטורעם
סיפור לא יאומן: היום בלילה תתקיים חתונתו של האברך ב. חסיד קרלין מירושלים, באולמי קינג דיוויד בבני ברק, בוגר ישיבת "מאור התלמוד" בראשותו של הרב אברהם יצחק הכהן קוק, ובנשיאותו של הרב שמחה הכהן קוק רבה של רחובות.
הסיפור הבלתי נתפס, המתרחש ממש בימים אלו, שנת תשס"ז לספירה, מעמיד את סולם הערכים על פיו מתבקשים לנהוג ציבור הבני תורה, באור תמוה במיוחד.
לקראת החתונה פנה החתן אל ראש הישיבה, כנהוג, וביקש ממנו לסדר קידושין בחתונתו. כששמע ראש הישיבה היכן תתקיים החתונה, סרב לסדר קידושין והודיע לבחור כי לא יופיע לחתונה מכיוון ש"האולם בהכשר הרב לנדא". ראש הישיבה הגדיל להביע את זעמו על החטא הנורא ואף אסר על כל צוות הישיבה, ועל כלל תלמידי הישיבה להגיע לחתונה, ולשמח את החתן.
אחד ממכרי המשפחה של החתן סיפר היום ל'שטורעם' כי החתן פנה אל ראש הישיבה בתחינה שיסכים להוציא אוטובוס של חברי כיתה לפחות, על מנת שישמחוהו בחתונה.
כתב 'שטורעם' ביקש לשוחח עם תלמידי "מאור התלמוד" שנשמעו מפוחדים ולא רצו להרחיב את הדיבור. "היה משהו... אסרו עלינו ללכת.. אני חושב שבסוף יהיו כמה שיסעו בכל זאת...", הסכים לשתף אותנו בסופו של דבר אחד התלמידים.
אחד מכתבי 'שטורעם' התקשר במהלך היום לטלפון הציבורי של הישיבה, הזדהה כבחור מן המניין וביקש לדעת "מה קורה עם החתונה, האם יש אישור לנסוע?". חמישה בחורים עמם שוחחנו סיפרו לנו על האיסור של הנהלת הישיבה לנסוע לחתונה, אך עם זאת הדגישו כי קבוצה של בחורים כנראה תסע בכל זאת לשמח את החתן, חרף האיסור.
אחד מרבני חב"ד עמו שוחחנו היום אמר ל'שטורעם': "מדהים לראות שלמרות שכל חוגי היהדות החרדית, בהם אדמו"רי סטמאר, רבנים ליטאים, הכירו כבר במנהיגותו של הגאון רבי משה יהודה לייב לנדא שליט"א, עדיין יש שוליים שבשוליים שמנסים להחזיק במחלוקת ללא כל תועלת".
הרב הוסיף ואמר כי "אם הייתה הנהלת הישיבה מתירה לבחורים לנסוע לחתונה, אך אוסרת עליהם לאכול את האוכל בהכשר הרב לנדא, היה אמנם קשה להבין זאת, אך עדיין אין זו בגדר התגרות שאיננה לגיטימית. אך לאסור ממש על בחורים לנסוע ולשמח חתן, חבר כיתה, מאד מצער וכואב לשמוע זאת. זו פוליטיקה לשמה".
במהלך 24 השעות האחרונות ניסתה מערכת 'שטורעם' לבקש את תגובת הישיבה לפרסום. פנינו אל מזכירו הצמוד של ראש הישיבה שוחננו עמו וביקשנו לברר "האם הסיפור נכון? או שמא הכל עורבא פרח?". נמסר לנו כי לעת עתה הישיבה איננה מעוניינת להתייחס לדברים
