Kiryas Yoel MonDroe Determined to Manipulate Section of County Road

The Village of KJ is threatening to commandeer part of Orange County Route 44, known locally as Mountain Rd & Seven Springs Mountain Rd. running through the village, to make road improvements for pedestrians and commuter buses, to build sidewalks and a traffic signal. But the county hasn't acted fast enough.
