Kiryas Yoel MonDroe + child Struck+ By grocery delivery truck at Fillmore Ct. and Kaliv Way, truck left private driveway while child was pushing a small bike behind truck, the child is now unconscious in very serious condition, Chopper Life Guard-18 is a go, but has an ETA of 18 min.

Not waiting Life Guard-18 being transported by Hatzolah to Arden Hill Hospital.

Child is a 2 Y/O/M, was just pronounced DOA.

State Police announced that they are lunching an investigation in to the accident how it happen but No charges will be filed against the truck driver.
