MonDroe Library revitalization is in the hands of Kiryas Yoel, and if the handful of men who control Kiryas Yoel's two voting blocs stay neutral, the $12.9 million building proposal for the library has a shot next week at the polls.

But what the larger establishment bloc will do is unknown, they haven't revealed their position, and didn't return calls for comment yesterday.

The other bloc the Kiryas Yoel Alliance has already chosen its course. "At the moment, it doesn't seem that we're going to take a position," a leader of the Alliance, said yesterday.
