Golden Taste Tuna Recalled
SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. -- Golden Taste, Inc. is recalling "Tuna Deluxe" packaged in 7.5 ounce and 3.5 ounce clear plastic containers due to possible listeria bacteria contamination.
The product is coded 7/03/05.

you are right, the recall was done because of the inspection and sampling by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors (as you could see in the 2nd link that Vos Iz Neias brings), if not for them they would have swept it under the rug as all of them do to us.

Because they don't want you to know about it, just that the government should be quiet.
