Brooklyn Woman Jailed In Sullivan County

A Brooklyn woman stopped for speeding was jailed last after she allegedly gave the state trooper phony identification. 18-year-old Sofia Braylovsky (one of her names) was stopped for doing 84 miles an hour in a 55 mile per hour zone.
She presented two New York State ID cards with different names and dates of birth as identification in lieu of a driver’s license. The trooper immediately noticed the discrepancies and arrested her on two felony counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. She was arraigned and sent to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of 15 hundred dollars bail pending a later court appearance in Mamakating Town Court.
