Bronx: Hutchinson River Draw Bridge +Traffic Advisory+ The Hutchinson River Draw Bridge has an electric problem and the bridge is stuck in the upright position, they cant bring it down, expect major delays on both sides of the Hutch.

North bond of the Hutchinson River Parkway in the area of the bridge will be shut down for an undetermined period of time.
