Philadelphia PA: +Suspicious Package Exploded+ At the Hospital Of University Of PA at Civic Center Blvd.
A device that was brought in to the 12th floor of the hospital has exploded, there is another similar device at the location, the 11th and 13th floors have been evacuated, so far one minor injury reported from a nurse who was struck by a falling object. Numerous agencies are reporting to the scene.
