L.I. -- Security High On Jewish Holiday For Bias Crimes

Police across Long Island say they will be on the lookout for potential bias crimes and suspicious activity when the Jewish High Holy Days begin at sundown Monday. They have been ordered to give special attention to Jewish communities, synagogues and other related facilities located on their posts.
