NY +Severe Thunderstorms Watch+ Throughout the NY City are a thunderstorms watch is in effect through the day today that could produce gusty winds of 15 to 20 MPH with some heavy rains, and a T-Storm Watch is called for Orange, Putnam and Sullivan Counties for a possibility of gusts up to 80mph.
Tonight the winds will decreasing to 5-10 MPH.
