NY State Troopers Heading To New Orleans
Before leaving to New Orleans to help out in the recovery effort aftor the hurricanes, NY State Police received a blessing Rabbi Mordca Friedman of Monroe a NY State police chaplain. He noted “What they are doing is a ‘mitzvah’ (blessing),” said Rabbi Friedman. He added the significance with the Jewish New Year right around the corner.

I recentl had a chance to call Avrum Yankel for a favor, i can tell you i am not satmar and i dont live in williamsburg. The guy is a mench ! a class act. the way he handled my problem, and the way he walked with me till the end for days and weekends, he was with me and hes support was outstanding !!
I wish him a very special year, hasham should pay him for all good deeds he have done a least for me.....
