UK -- Security Stepped Up For Jewish Holiday's
UK -- POLICE in Barnet are to step up patrols to reassure the Jewish community during the High Holy Day period.
Extra police will be out in force at synagogues and communal buildings to ensure safety from Tuesday to Yom Kippur on October 13.
Acting Superintendent, from Colindale Police Station, said: "We would urge everybody to assist us by staying vigilant and alert.
