Flatbush +Baricated EDP Child+ A 16-year-old edp that was involved in a dispute in the Jewish Child Care Center at 879 East 29th Street and Avenue I, is now barricaded in the office of the above location armed with a gun and threatening anyone coming close to him, PD on the scene requesting ESU Trk 6/7 and K-9 units to respond.
