Woodbury - Yeshivah Bidding On Luxury Roselawn Inn
Woodbury - A developer and a Rockland County yeshiva have each offered $3 million for the 7,100-square-foot mansion that served briefly as a luxury bed and breakfast, according to the seller's real estate agent.
One bidder for the Roselawn Inn has a proposed sale contract that will likely be signed this week, if it hasn't been signed already.
Developers, home buyers and three Rockland yeshivas, have all expressed interest in the 15-room structure and its 17-acre grounds off Roselawn Road and Route 105 in semi-rural Woodbury, outside of Kiryas Yoel.
Prospective buyers interested in turning the structure into a yeshiva have already met with town officials to confirm that the zoning would allow such a use.
