Manhattan +Car Into The Hudson River+ Under the West Side Highway and West 72nd Street near Trump Pier a NJ livery cab went thru the Riverside Park into the water about 25 feet and underneath one of the piers, ESU, FD and NYPD Harbor divers are all working the scene against very strong current, Air Sea Rescue above.
