Manhattan +F.D.R. Shut Down+
Manhattan +F.D.R. Shut Down+ A misplaced truck on the northbound of the F.D.R. Drive and 41st Street is causing traffic to be backed up all the way to the Williamsburg Bridge, all lanes north are shut down.
