NYC - NYPD Inspector Stripped Of Badge And Gun

NYC - NYPD Inspector Wheeler commander of the NYPD's Office of Equal Employment Opportunity, who allegedly shot a young Washington, D.C., robber in the arm and fled has been stripped of his badge and gun, and he is being investigated over the Dec. 9 shooting of the 18-year-old that was brandishing a fake gun last month in D.C.
Wheeler was placed on modified duty Dec. 28 as part of a departmental investigation.
