Palm Beach, FL - A 79-year-old man will remain in jail until his trial on a charge of shooting another man outside a synagogue in Boca Raton three months ago on Rosh Hashana.
The Shooter Marc Benayer wanted house arrest after being charged with attempted murder, but a judge denied the request.
The man who was shot, Jonathan Samuels, said people won't feel safe if Benayer is out.
