Moscow - Synagogue Attack Suspect Declared Sane, Faces Trial
Moscow - The man who accused of a knife-wielding attack on a central Moscow synagogue has been declared sane and will face trial.
The prosecutor said forensic psychiatrists had found that Alexander Koptsev, 20, who stabbed nine people in the synagogue on January 11, "was sane while committing the crime."
He also said that the Moscow Prosecutor's Office had completed its investigation into the attack on the synagogue and found that Koptsev had no accomplices, not with extremist organizations, and not with skinheads.
All the nine victims of the attack had been discharged from the hospital.
