One Of The Top 10 FBI Fugitives Was Captured In Mexico

A Mexican man who is among the FBI's 10 most wanted fugitives for allegedly murdering his 4-year-old stepson in 2003 has been arrested in Mexico.
U.S. officials plan to seek extradition of the suspects.
