Lakewood, NJ - Investigation Continues In Abduction Assault Case
Lakewood, NJ - Authorities continue to investigate the abduction and assault of a 20-year-old township woman who was taken from a parking lot the night of May 7, held overnight, then returned eight hours later.
Public Safety Director Al Peters said "a multi agency investigation is continuing" as law enforcement pursues all available leads. The FBI and the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office are involved in the investigation.
Women are urged to be as cautious as possible and to be diligent in pursuing safe daily travel, Peters said. "We continue to ask that anyone with information about the case contact Detective Lt. Joseph Isnardi"

After reading the many conflicting reports, including rumors of someone caught, I must conclude that the 'victim' is covering something up, and until she starts telling the truth, there will be no resolution to the 'crime'.
