Rockland County, Monsey, NY +Hit-And-Run+ Ramapo Police are searching for a dark blue vehicle a Chevy Caprice that hit a pedestrian from NJ on Route 306 and Phyllis Terrace when he was unloading construction materials from his parked car, the driver of the vehicle was a male wearing Hasidic attire, the vehicle was last seen southbound on Route 306, the pedestrian that was struck has non life threatening injuries.
