Brooklyn, NY - The NYPD have arrested and charged a Midwood man with criminal contempt for threatening a woman over the phone.
Police have arrested Simcha Shelonchik, 59, of East 14th Street in Brooklyn, NY for threatening to beat up his 21-year-old victim.
