Israel - Town of Kiryas Shemona To Be Evacuated

Israel - The mayor of the northern town of Kiryas Shemona, located near the Israeli-Lebanese border, has asked the government to provide assistance to evacuate families who do not have funds to finance the move.

More than half of the town's residents already have fled. Mayor Chaim Barbivai said people should leave "until the situation calms down."
