New York, NY - Next Take-Out From 2nd Avenue Deli Will Be 'Cash'

New York, NY - The building that once housed the famed East Village 2nd Avenue Deli is becoming a Chase bank branch.

Chase signed a lease for the property as well as a newsstand next door. A real estate broker being involved in the deal, said that it was finalized Wednesday.

The deli closed its doors in January following a rent dispute.
