He left Tri-Star Bungalows in Woodbourne to go daven in Klausinberg. The family was packed and ready to leave back to Cleveland this morning. The van he was driving had all their belongings. Afterwards he was going to pick up some of his children that were finishing camp today. The rest of the children including a 6 week old girl and his wife were waiting for him in the bungalow colony. The levaya will be in Boro Park later this afternoon or as soon as his mother arrives from LA. Let's all daven for the family and help them get through this tremendously tragic time.

Ellenville - A 46-year-old man died this morning from injuries suffered in a car crash at 9 a.m. at Route 52 and Milk Road. The victim was transported to Ellenville Regional Hospital, where he died from his injuries. Ulster County Sheriff's Office investigators were still at the scene at noon. No further information was available.

i just spoke to someone who is a H. member and he was saying that hen they came to help R'Menacham Kohn was talking and saying that everything is ok but when they got to the hos. he had internal blood. and that is what caused his death

Ohio man killed in three-vehicle accident
WAWARSING, N.Y. An Ohio man was killed in a collision with a logging truck and another vehicle in the Hudson Valley today.
The accident happened on Route 52 in the Ulster County town of Wawarsing, about 70 miles southwest of Albany. Police say 42-year-old Michael Kohn of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, was making a left turn when he was struck head-on by the truck, driven by 51-year-old Thomas Benz of West Hurley.Another vehicle driven by 31-year-old Issac Weiss of Brooklyn was following behind Kohn, and struck Kohn's car.
Kohn died at Ellenville Hospital. Benz was treated and released. Weiss wasn't injured.

If he went in did in fact go into arrest, and that is why they din't fly him out, then the internal hemorrage wasn't undiagnosed. It was just simply too late.
I find it unbelievable that peopel sit here behind their computers with barely any real information and happily go on maligning Hatzoloh, hospitals, police etc.. everytime there is an incident.
Ever think that everyone did do their jobs properly, but that sometimes doing your all isn't enough?
