Israel - European Tourist Stabbed in Jerusalem
Israel - A European tourist was stabbed to death near Jerusalem's Old City by an Arab assailant.
The tourist was walking with a small group of tourists on Sultan Suleiman Street in the heart of east Jerusalem when a young Arab attacker approached them from behind and stabbed one of them in the back. The attacker hurled the knife to the ground and fled the scene.
Police said the motive for the nighttime attack was not immediately clear.

to anonymous 4:53.. a well placed single stab from an 8 in knife could kill an average man if the aorta or heart or major artery of the heart are penetrated. onset of death in as little as 30 seconds. it is also possible to penetrate a single lung and have the same results. this would cause death in a much slower fashion however, all depending on physical condition and how long it takes to get medical attention...
