avrumy katz z"l learns in kiryat tzans natanya. he started to drown so a few bucherim tryed to save him but he almost draged them with him. so when a big wave came they had to let go of him. at about 8:30am the live guard arrived he tried to pump out the the water but he couldn't save him.
