Queens, NY +B.Q.E. Shut Down+ South bound of the Brooklyn Queens Expressway at Northern Blvd is currently closed down to all traffic, due to a jackknifed tractor trailer after hitting an overpass also causing a full leak, NYPD Highway units are on the scene, heavy duty tow is enroute.
