New York - Fugitive To Be Added To FBI's 10 Most Wanted List

New York - The man who is accused of shooting three New York state troopers is expected to be added to the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List tonight, as was reported first on VOS IZ NEIAS. Ralph "Bucky" Phillips will be added to the list as officers continue the manhunt for the 44-year-old suspect.

Phillips broke out of jail in April and is believed to have shot three state troopers searching for him over the last five months. The first shooting took place near Elmira, N.Y., also did he shot two state troopers with a high-powered rifle. Trooper Joseph Longobardo was killed and Donald Baker Jr. was seriously injured.

Phillips was added to the U.S. Marshals' 15 Most Wanted list yesterday and hundreds of police and federal agents continue to search for him across western New York and Pennsylvania.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents said they are now examining weapons recovered in the woods of Pennsylvania to see if any were in fact the one used to shoot the state troopers
