Brooklyn, NY +Jumper Up Manhattan Bridge+ NYPD of the 84th Pct, ESU, Harbor and Aviation with a jumper up on the bridge walkway, vehicle traffic and transit has been shut down.

NYPD ESU Adam-8 has EDP in custody still requesting all power to be shut down so they could walk him back over the tracks, also requesting EMS to respond.
