Manhattan, NY +Suspicious Package+ The US Secret Service and the NYPD of the 19th Pct are on the scene at 540 Park Avenue and East 63rd Street at the Regency Hotel with two suspicious packages out side the hotel, FD Bat. 12 and NYPD ESU division are all on the scene awaiting the arrival of the Bomb Squad, EMS enroute.
Level one mobilization has been called for traffic control.
