Hatzolah and London Ambulance are all on on the scene aiding the victim and CPR provided by LAS.
London Helicopter responding with a crew will be air lifting the aided.

When a Hatzoloh volunteer arrives to a call, he rushes! He does everything to try to help the victim; he hardly looks at his own needs -
But when a non-Jewish ambulance medic/volunteer gets to a call, you will almost never see them run or rush, they take there time.
Should we be concerned with them more than they are for themselves?
When a goy reads the headlines, he doesn't get very anguished when he hears that someone in England got killed in a motorcycle accident.
