Lake George +Major Rescue+ Lake George 40-foot tour boat "Ethan Allen" has overturned in the Lake George lake near Green Harbor with over 50 senior citizen victims in the water, some people are trapped under the overturned boat.

Boat capsized when another tour boat passed near it and swamped it.
