Brooklyn +Graffiti/Bribery+ At East 49th Street and Avenue M two white perps got stopped by cops from the 63 Pct for spraying graffiti and also possessing graffiti instruments. After being stopped both suspects bribed the cops with money for their release, but they just added additional charges of bribery to their original charge of graffiti.
