Highland, Ulster County - +Hostage Situation+ The perp in Lloyd a Town of Ulster has robbed a bank at lunch hour, and then has reportedly taken a family member an elderly man hostage in an apt at 200 Blk Of Vineyard Avenue.
NY State Police, Swat Teams and K-9 have blocked off Rt 9W and Blue Point Road, Negotiator is enroute.
Police are moving through back yards as they surround the house, which is situated on Rt 9W.
