Manhattan +Suspicious Powder At Federal Plaza+ A suspicious white powder was found in an envelop on the 21st floor at 26 Federal Plaza, the powder is now in a garbage can on that floor which has been isolated, two people that were exposed to the unknown powder are also isolated. Bomb Squad, Hazmat are on the scene, command is reporting that this is going to be a prolonged operation.
